Dissolution method of HUAMAO® PVA:

Dissolution device:
1. Stainless steel is usually recommended as a material for dissolving grooves
2. The speed of the mixer 100-200r. P m is suitable. If the mixing is weaker, the PVA particles will settle and be easily formed at the bottom of the dissolving tank, so be careful. If stirred too strong, it is easy to blister.
3. As a heat source, the method of blowing steam directly into the solution is effective.
Dissolution method:
The PVA is poured into the water and blown directly into the steam and dissolved by the stirring side. Generally speaking, the temperature is lower than the room temperature of the water poured in the dissolved trough, while stirring slowly into the PVA, and so fully dispersed in the water, stirring up to 95 ℃, insulation 60 minutes, PVA completely dissolved, stirring and cooling to room temperature.
However, some alcoholysis PVA is easy to produce clumps when dissolved, so please note the following:
1. The temperature of the feed should be kept below 25 ℃
2. The feeding speed of PVA is slightly slow.
3. After feeding, according to the original temperature fully stirred 10-15 minutes after starting to heat up, in the warming also continue to stir.
