Product Properties

Sodium Diacetate (SDA) is the molecular compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. Its chemical molecular formula is CH3COONa·CH3COOH·XH2O. It is a kind of white hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water (1g/mL) and ethanol, innocuous, and has acetic smell. It begins to break up when heated over 150℃ and emits fumes and pungent sour odor.

Product Uses

1. Food-level
Be used in Drinks, Condiments, Pickle & Kraut, Aquatic products, Bread & Cakes, Bean Products, Sweets, Meat products, etc.
2. Fodder-level
It is a new green mildew proof preservative, acid and modifier of feed, SDA is highly active, mildew proof, it can keep thing fresh and increase the nutritive value.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Small Package: 25 kg paper bags.    Bulk Package: 750kg per Bulk bags.
It should be stored indoor in a well-ventilated and dry room. Prevent exposure to dampness, sunlight, and rain. During transportation, the products should be moved gently to prevent damaging the packing bags.
